Synapsis Wave Treatment

What is Synapsis Wave Treatment?

Synapsis Wave Therapy assists the mind to calm and relax overworked or overstimulated parts of the brain by restoring balance to the alpha, beta, delta and theta brainwaves.

Beta, alpha, theta and delta brain waves are produced at different times during our waking and sleeping cycles. Our brainwave patterns closely correlate with our thoughts, emotions and state of being.

The more stressed, overworked, uptight and anxious we become the less our brains are able to move from beta waves into the more relaxed and slower alpha, theta and delta rhythms. The slower rhythms are essential for healing, relaxing, learning and creativity thus enhancing health and wellbeing.

By restoring the rhythmic brain wave balance, blocked body systems also return to normal.  For these and many more reasons, Synapsis Wave Therapy can assist with, but is not limited to, the treatment of: acne, allergy, asthma, anxiety, back problems, bed wetting, dietary issues, stomach and digestive imbalances, poor memory, exhaustion, skin aggravations, migraines, insomnia and learning difficulties.

Conductive wrist straps are applied to the wrist and the Synapsis Wave Unit runs through the appropriate pattern for 20-40 minutes. It is completely non-invasive. All you do is lie back and relax in a safe tranquil environment.

  • Beta Waves (14-30Hz) - generated when concentrating, learning, and alert. Higher levels of beta waves are associated with anxiety, disease, stress, and fight or flight.

  • Alpha Waves (7.5-13.5 Hz) - generated when relaxing or meditating. Alpha waves are conducive to healing, relaxing, learning and creativity. Our brains are often in this pattern just before waking or before falling to sleep. Regular meditation also produces alpha waves.

  • Theta Waves (4-7 Hz) - generated during REM sleep. Theta waves are conducive to intense creativity, improved memory and a positive outlook on life. Research supports theta waves filter out self-sabotaging and often critical thoughts that fuel negative emotions. Theta waves help melt away stress and those hard-to-break habits. Some people are able to produce theta waves when in deep mediation.

  • Delta Waves (0.5 - 3 Hz) - generated during dreamless sleep. Produces a deep trance-like state where all awareness of the body is lost. Masters of meditation have been reported to enter this state while meditating.
Delta frequencies are of great importance for healing processes, phases of regeneration and a functioning immune system. Delta waves are also important in chronic disease recovery.
